The Mercure Hotel is a perfect example of how Fixed will complete a project on time and on budget without compromising on quality. This last minute project had just a 3 week lead time. The project was tendered in November, and Fixed was able to hand over the completed restaurant in January.  This is largely due to the fact that Fixed has an in-house joiner and an in-house joiner factory.

This means that Fixed maintains full control over the costing, quality and turnaround time of every project. Despite the limited budget for Mercure Hotel, Fixed was able to produce an outstanding final product.
